Sales and coupons will state what they are good for. However the following are never included in the sales as there is not enough profit margin to do so. This includes "whole website" sales.
If you use a discount code on any of the following items, it will be refunded or I can send you an invoice for the difference.

I do not offer a refund policy, as all items are made to order and custom, however I do offer exchanges for the same item and design or to replace the item for the same product and design, under certain guidelines.

If for some reason I do offer a refund and it was not the fault of my own, there will be a 25% cancellation fee

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is damage to the item that was the fault of my own, I will work with you to come up with a solution to get it fixed or replaced.
If there was damage during shipping, you will need to contact your post office.
I offer Route protection with every purchase. If you do not purchase, I can not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Replacement or exchange items will not be sent, until the original item has been returned.
Replacement or exchange items will be the exact same size design etc as your original order. No alterations to names, colors, saying or sizes will be allowed. This will require a new order.
Please note that these items are handmade.
No 2 designs will ever be exactly the same. Some items may have imperfections and this is normal and does not fall under an exchange.
This could include a different color glitter that got on the cup somewhere, a small indent or piece poking out due to dust in the epoxy as it was drying, a design having a bend, being off center or not perfectly straight, among other things.
Please remember, this since this is not done by a machine, it will never be completely perfect, but I will not send out an item with major defects.
